Tirkit is a Hindustani classical music practice app — tabla, tanpura, swar mandal, and a metronome, all generated on your device. If something isn't working or you have a question, we're happy to help.
Email tirkit.app@gmail.com. We usually reply within a few days.
It helps if you tell us which device and operating system you're using, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
This normally happens on a new device, or after reinstalling. Open the purchase screen and tap Restore Purchases — your lifetime unlock is tied to your App Store or Google Play account, not to a particular phone, so it can be restored at no cost.
Restoring needs an internet connection. If it doesn't work, email us and we'll sort it out.
No. It is a one-time purchase. You pay once and keep access to the paid features, including future updates. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews.
New installations include a free trial period during which the paid features are unlocked, so you can try everything before deciding. When the trial ends, the free features remain available and the paid features move behind the purchase screen.
Purchases are handled by the app store you bought through, so refunds are requested there rather than from us.
If a store declines a refund you believe you're entitled to, write to us and we'll do what we can.
A few things to check first:
If the sound is still wrong, email us with your device model and what you were playing at the time, and we'll look into it.
We read everything that comes in. If there is a taal, raga, or practice feature you'd like to see, tell us — several things in the app exist because someone asked for them.
See our Privacy Policy for what information the app handles and why, including how to request deletion of the record associated with your device.
